Equip and Engage members will retain access to the member's area as long as monthly payments are received. If your access is revoked, check your payment status.
Support Desk Rules
- The Golden Rule applies - in simpler terms "BE NICE"
- Ask complete questions including:
- Product Name -- Which product are you asking about?
- Full Question -- Do not assume anyone knows what you mean
Be Patient - your question will be answered - within 2 business days
All responses are attached to your support ticket. No answers will be given in email.
HINT: If you are not receiving timely responses, read your comments and ask yourself if YOU would answer!
For ALL other products:
Before you log a support ticket, visit JVZoo or Warrior+ and go to "My Purchases" click on the link for the product you purchased.
Create ONLY one account in order to set the appropriate access level.
If you need to log a ticket, provide complete purchase details (including product name - and your JVZoo purchase details) and ask a complete question with your request.
Be patient in waiting for your response. I work my own support desk, and yes, I do take my weekends off.
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Return to this support system to check the status of your ticket. Email is not reliable!
